Concrete pads and footings, erection of pre-engineered shelters or site-built structures per drawings, and finish items. Roofing and electrical by the appropriate trade where required.

Site preparation, slabs, and installation of pre-fabricated restroom buildings or site-built restrooms per the drawings, with plumbing and electrical by licensed trade partners.
Benches & Site Furnishings
Benches, tables, receptacles, bike racks, bollards, and signage set on proper footings or pads.

Slab, drainage, and surfacing work around splash pad systems, coordinated with the manufacturer and mechanical trade partners for the water system.

We look at grades, drainage, access, existing surfacing and structures, or review the drawings and spec.

Scope by item, who performs each trade, schedule, price, and warranty terms. Changes are priced in writing.

Where the owner needs help with permits and inspections, we coordinate with the local authority.

What types of park and recreation projects do you handle?

Yes. We work with cities, counties, towns, parks departments, HOAs, schools, and general contractors. We are familiar with public bidding, accessibility requirements, playground safety-surfacing specifications, and the schedules public projects run on.
Can you install commercial playground equipment?
Yes. We install commercial play systems to the manufacturer's instructions and the project specification, and we install poured-in-place safety surfacing directly. See the dedicated pages for each.
Do you handle site work and grading?
Yes. Grading, drainage, concrete flatwork, curbing, footings, and pad work for parks, recreation areas, and HOA common spaces.
